How to Use
Add one teaspoon of tea to 200 ml of cold water and bring to a boil.
Let it steep for 10–15 minutes in a closed pot, stirring occasionally, then cool.
Strain before drinking.
May be enjoyed warm or cold, with sugar, sweetener, or milk if desired.
For best results, drink 2–3 cups daily.
